Designed and launched a solar and storage program from the ground up, including operational design, market validation, and supplier network development to support national scale.
Solar United Neighbors — Virtual Power Plant Program
Supported the launch of a VPP program from inception, including internal capacity building, contribution to tariff and policy development, and operational support to increase participation.
